This I think are really good 4 points to reflect upon and to ponder about...whether I'd done them...well I've certainly not...saying's always easy...doing's (you should know)...but when that time approach...do we really do as we said...often not...the false perception of "there's still time for this...for that" often end us up in rushed situations...this is precisely what I always do...in fact all the time...
...maintaining...I would very much believe...is the most difficult to achieve...when you're at the top...you get stressed up in trying to score the same grade the next time round...or in worrying that some others might beat you in the next test...just about everything...then in some cases you drop...hai...this physcological stuff just wouldn't go...still forcing to accept the fact that the opponent is myself and only myself...
