We had an interesting assembly today...a play on racial harmony…”Then Common Corridor”...well not really that good lah...they sang horribly...lolz...not that I can sing very well...hehez…but what I truly appreciate is the story told by this VIP...Mayor of the North East CDC or something like that..."It could've been worse"...yup...a very insprirational story...
An emporor...a perfectionist...went hunting with his advisor one day...he spotted an animal...and fired his gun...unfortunately...it backfired...lost his thumb...*sadz*...he turned to his advisor...complaining and blaming and all...but then the wise advisor calmly replied "it could've been worse"...the emperor was furious...so he sent him to jail...then he somehow mingled around and landed himself in cannibal land... got caught...and was going to be prepared for dinner...but the chief... also a perfectionist...and seeing the emperor without a thumb...he decided to realise him...cos’ he didn't want to eat a person who’s not perfect...so this emperor went back to his palace and released this wise advisor immediately knowing he was wrong about him...he apologised...'if not for the missing thumb...it really could've been worse...sorry....I was wrong about you'...then the advisor said...'If you hadn’t jailed me...I could've been worse'...the emperor was surprised...'I would've followed you to the cannibal land ...and since I hadn't lost a thumb...I would've been eaten'...lolz...

Hmm...and finally...my A Maths tutor's getting married...this November the 6...hahaz...really happy for him...always been saying if he doesn't get married by 30...he'd be a gay...apparently he has failed to be one...hahaz…but unfortunately...can't attend his wedding dinner…the ceremony either...cos it's in the midst of 'O's...well...he somehow managed to negotiate with his girl and sacrificed their honeymoon for us... very touching huh…hmm...such a good secret keeper...all of the 100 over sec 4 students he thought...not a single one knew he had a gf until recently...well...she's become his fiancée le...
