Our second practical was at the botanical gardens. Wah.. it's been ages since I last visited. Not much of a change there (serene.. tranquil.. beautiful.. as usual).. just that it looked smaller to me this time round. A santuary? The only problem that fails it's 'sanctuary' reputuation for me is that it's too humid! Almost died of being trapped in my own perspiration. The national orchid gardens is really impressive though, where we took most of the shots.
Went swimming again with Bin last friday. The wheather was scotching. You know, the trauma from the last sun burn experience got me frightened.. I was perpetually swimming underwater whenever the sun is up. Then the pei cai kids came along. The sky was just right for other strokes.. so we did some butterfly. Didn't mean to show off.. but I really need to flex those butterfly wings.. before they fossilize and drop off..XD. Managed 15 laps this time.. up by 5.. aiming for 20 the next.
Physics pracs are always a lot of fun! Hahaz.. all our funny little try outs with the apparatus, esp with Ah Beng around. The multimeter seems to be my favourite! It's a funny site though.. to see the group of us fixing crocodile clips on our heads.. hahaz..
Unexpected victory at the Dragon Boat Fun Race. Came in forth in the grand finals, only behind kayak racing teamS and dragon boat team. Well done guys..=D
